We really enjoyed spending 4 nights here. The hotel was impeccably clean and big size. The room was beautifully presented and comfortable quiet, without a doubt, had tea/coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware. Standard decor and bed was comfy. Its location was indeed perfect and only 5 minutes walk from Skyline Gondola and Luge.

Very central location to everything you might want or need. Just next door to the village centre and the shops, gondola the lake and many other activities. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard room, plus climate control and a phone.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with 2 x queen beds for a family of four. The breakfast had a wide array of food, like fresh fruit and bacon. The vibe here was alpine.

The bathroom was a little small, I didn't like it.

Standard king room was modern and heated on the bottom level. The breakfast was generous and astonishing with a coffe machine and offered fresh fruit and bacon. The atmosphere created was individual.

Appreciated our stay, and recommend the hotel. Its location quite a walk from a night club was particularly good and beautiful. There was a good choice of bars and cafés. The staff was amicable and outstandingly accommodating, offered very efficient services.

The location was great for walking around a landscaped park. The restaurant was cosy whether for breakfast or dinner, we ordered fresh dishes. Staff was super very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating.

The hotel had a great location in the heart of the town, close to all the Christmas festivities and shopping. We also enjoyed the fact that they offered free parking during our stay, which was a nice added bonus. And the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay.

Additionally, the noise from the nearby street was quite loud at night and made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was also quite dated and could use some renovation.

Enjoyed being so close to the township - we were able to walk everywhere. The room was lovely and warm and dark in the morning.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room service was top-notch. We requested a high level room and were pleased to find ourselves on the 4th floor. The hotel's location is excellent, with everything we needed within walking distance. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel even shipped an item I left behind. I highly recommend Novotel for a central, car-free stay.

We booked guest room with balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location was great and brilliant, not far from a stunning park and garden and the delightful walking path that takes in the gardens and the western side of the lake and all the shops, in a really comfortable area.

Pleasant, EXCEPTIONAL location hard to get at areas.

Very central location close to shops and restaurants. Also - just next door to city area, gondola and restaurants, and the evenings-bars and cafe.
